Curry Chickpeas Recipe


In a skillet coated with cooking spray, saute 1/2 cup chickpeas until golden, 4 minutes

Add 1/4 cup diced red onion, 1 cup spinach;cook until onion is soft, 3 minutes

Remove from heat, add 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

3 teaspoon of 2 percent Greek yogurt

2 tablespoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon curry power

Stuff into a 6-inch whole-wheat pita
