Diva’s Weight Loss Transformation – Ms.Lopez

The journey to a LIFESTYLE!!! The doctor told me I was pre- diabetic… When I heard those word I was devastated, I didn’t know what to think… I walked home, texted my friend she told me it was all going to be okay… After dinner that day I decided I will change my lifestyle… 1st CHANGE eat differently! 75% food 25% exercise… My 1st exercise was bootcamp at Central Park with @bonstarfitnessthen I got into yoga (I need to go back).. It got to cold so at that moment I decided to enter a gym something I’ve never done before.. My friend@griddy_red introduced me trainer @__stronglifefitness and that’s when REAL changes started to show! And everything after that it’s history! I went from a size 16-10/8 last I got on the scale I was down 50lb! My goal its to be thick and fit… I current squat 265lb and deadlift 315lb.. The barbell it’s my bff . One important advice I’ll give you ALL.. Is that ALWAYS remember that THIS IS YOUR RACE AND THE ONLY PERSON YOU ARE COMPETING WITH IT’S YOURSELF!
